'You're probably right about Harry,' he said, kissing her head again. 'And I won't say a word about you and Gilderoy, though I did sort of guess seeing how you were in bed with me and Higgs at the time.'
He spoke softly, and into her hair. 'Maybe you shouldn't push,' he said with a sigh. 'Just leave things be and see what happens. I'll entertain you in the meantime,' he said with a smirk against her hair. 'And I'll try to keep Harry from running away as well,' he added.
'If he gets difficult, use Polly against him,' he added with a wink, even if she couldn't see him. Somehow he thought she could sort of hear it in his voice by now. They'd known each other long enough.
