Terry sighed and leaned his head against Ernie's shoulder, reaching up to stroke the hand on his shoulder gently. "We can be as careful as you want be, and take it slow." He smiled shyly. "I'm in no hurry. I just want to enjoy this, being with you."
He noticed Ernie rubbing his chest, and wondered what that was about, but Ernie stopped before he could ask. "You didn't even come close to ruining today," he said, snuggling back in after picking the popcorn up. "If you want to talk, you can tell me anything. At your own time."
Terry looked at the screen and saw that the previews were starting. "Look, it's starting," he whispered, settling the popcorn so it was balanced on both their knees for easy access.
