Ernie was right about the size of the popcorn, but Terry had no doubt they'd eat it all, and the tub would be perfect for accidental brushes of their hands. Terry grinned teasingly at Ernie. "Sure you don't want your own? I'm a pig when it comes to popcorn." He stuck his tongue out playfully as they walked away, popcorn and drinks in hand. "I may not let you have any. What will you give me for some?"
They showed their tickets to the usher who guided them towards the correct theater. Terry headed for the back row, corner, and quickly cast a wandless Notice Me Not spell, before banishing arm rest and then fusing the seats together. "There," he said, glancing over his shoulder at Ernie, blushing. "Cozier this way."
And with no ministry to speak of, it was unlikely he'd get in trouble for performing magic in full view of Muggles. Of course, the theater was nearly empty, especially towards the back, so there weren't any Muggles in view anyway. Despite appearances, Ravenclaws really were all about the technicalities.
