Daphne chuckled, expecting that kind of reaction to vegetables. "You never know, you might like it when you're older."
Nigel clapped his hands excitedly as Liam talked to him. Her son really just did love the attention. "It looks like that's a yes," Daphne said smiling. "Just don't be surprised if he ends up with more of it on his face than in his mouth."
"It's hard to cook and take care of Nigel at the same time," she said, explaining it to him. "He tends to get himself into trouble whenever I'm not looking. But yes, I know how. If your daddy's not back at lunchtime, maybe we could cook something together while Nigel's napping?"
She smiled at Liam when he began to look excited about the idea of flying. "So you like to fly too? Are you going to play Quidditch like your daddy when you get a little older?"
