Seamus pressed the cold pack to his face, rolling his eyes when Cormac told him that it would help with the swelling. "No shit," he responded, smirking at Cormac.
He shook his head when he asked if a report was made to the Aurors. "I don't think so. It wasn't a pub fight or anything. Just a heated argument. The punch was an automatic reaction. Accidental more than anything, really."
He wasn't sure why he was protecting Miles, but there had been something in Rosie's voice that made him think she didn't want Miles to get into trouble for the commotion he'd caused.
"Just a guy, Cormac," he told him, wishing the other man would just drop the subject. "If Rosmerta wants to report it, she will."
