Rosmerta sighed, nodded, as she pinched the bridge of her nose, feeling a headache coming on. 'Oh it was nothing. Don't worry about it,' she said, not really feeling that Seamus would understand.
She didn't know everything that had happened with Dennis, but she knew enough to know that Seamus did not like Vampires any more than Miles did, and right now she couldn't handle another argument about vampire-rights.
Instead she shook his head. 'I'll talk to him in a couple of days, before the weekend. He'll have calmed down by then I'm sure.' She gave Seamus a worried look. 'He wouldn't keep Liam from me, would he?' she asked, much more afraid of that than some silly prejudice about vampires.
'And I'm the most selfish person in the world,' she then added. 'Are you sure you're alright?' she asked. 'Do you need me to give you anything?'
'And why is it that you insist on getting beaten up in my pub?' she asked with a small smile.
