Scarlett hid a grin when Romilda scowled, deciding that being as nice as possible to Liam had its benefits if it would a. piss Romilda off and b. make Miles think she was trying to be a decent houseguest. After all, she didn't want to outstay her welcome.
"Not with children as well-behaved as Liam," she said, Summoning some paint brushes from god only knew where. "Besides, he told me he was bored. I wasn't supposed to just leave him to be bored, was I?"
Scarlett looked at her dress. "Like I said, it's not a big deal if I get paint on it. It's not like it was expensive," she said airily. She didn't know why but she had a feeling Romilda's robes really weren't up to standard and frowned. "What did you used to do again? I can't-" She flicked through her notebook, not finding anything. "I can't remember."
