So all of my nagging is finally paying off. I am so sorry it took me so long to respond to this. We're in the process of moving into the new house and it seems that the parchment got shuffled under other papers. You'll forgive me won't you?
Thursday would be just fine. Of course, you know me, I'd clear my schedule to see him! Oh I can't wait, Theo. How unfair is it that you've been a father for over a week and I haven't gotten to see him?! Don't mind me- I'm just a little excited. You're probably glad of the rest. And you know I would never want to endanger him, or Padma.
How is she feeling by the way? I hope she's recovering well? I'll have to send you some of those muffins she likes from Honeydukes when we come.
Theo, you won't be too terribly upset if we don't invite Liam along, would you? It's just that I don't want to have to worry about more children than I have to and he's such a spirited boy. I suppose it's sort of a family moment, hm? There will be plenty of opportunities for Liam to meet him while I'm spoiling him rotten. (It's my job after all.)
Oh I can't tell you how excited I am. Montague's reading over my shoulder and laughing at me but he'll get his. (Trust me, he's just as excited, he just thinks he's better at hiding it.) Even Marlowe is looking forward to seeing the new baby!
So Thursday. You'll let us know when, yes?
Yours Verity (and Montague)
P.S. Give little Nathaniel a cuddle from us and our best wishes to Padma!
