"No but I'd like it if my hours matched yours more. It's insane that I work at nights and then do nothing in the day when you work the other way around," He smiled slightly. "I'd just like to be able to spend more time with you."
Adrian wrapped his arms around Stephen, keeping him close. "He knew, baby. He knew you were happy, he knew you loved him," He snorted at Stephen's words. "Children? Baby, I've agreed to one. Let's see if we can deal with snot and shit and no sleep before we decide to have more, okay?"
He sensed Stephen wasn't entirely with it but didn't say anything for the moment, not sure Stephen wanted him to ask. "So unfair," he said, kissing him once more before sliding off of his lap and standing up. "Come on, baby, I'm in a good mood. I might even put eyeliner on if I manage to not stab myself in the eye with the pencil."
