"Overrated." he didn't make it clear if he was referring to being sane or to having a traditional death of old age as he shrugged off the topic.
"I'll take your word for it," he seemed to let her win this one as he got his fresh glass of fire whiskey. The first sip burnt his throat just as it had in the last glass, but he didn't show it at all. He winked at her now, "Just fill me in when it has something to do with me."
"Really?" He grinned at her initial answer, "Raw or do you fry them first?" he laughed at their joke. Almost catching a smile land on her face. "What do you read?" He wanted to know, not because he was particularly interested, but because it had her talking and she was responding now. He liked to know something about her, but the title of her favorite book wouldn't give him the insight he was starting to pry for.
To encourage her, he decided to open up a tad, "I read too - mainly about wand making."
