Ernie blushed as he remembered a couple of the books Daniel had loaned to him after their first night together. "Yeah, I guess it does," he said, surprised to find his voice a touch husky.
He rolled his eyes. "No, he wasn't. I'm not sure how he ended up in Hufflepuff. Surely someone that opinionated should have been in Gryffindor."
"They have rooms," he said with a grin. "They have quite a few tables and they'll bring us pool or billiards balls as we prefer."
He ushered Terry upstairs to the billiard room and then led him over to one of the tables on the far side of the room. These tables were a little further from the bar but they were more secluded. When they got to the table, a waiter came over and asked what balls they wanted and then took their drink orders. As they waited for his return, Ernie wandered over to the rack and picked out two cues. He returned to where Terry was standing and handed one over.
"Here's your cue..." He paused as the waiter returned with a box of balls. He handed his cue to Terry and took the box. "...and here's my cue as well. I'll just rack up the balls." He put the box on the table and then started leaning over and seraching for the slot that held the rack.
