Terry laughed under Severus' look, and nodded. "All right then, no more thank you's." He grinned. "That one didn't count."
He nodded. "I'll do that. It's a good idea." The idea of having access to Albus Dumbledores' private library was...exhilarating. He hoped his sudden bibliophilia didn't show on his face.
"I think Faustus is more upset not spending time with you, than he is about the comments being made," he said in a rush. "He mentioned that he doesn't feel as if you have time for him anymore." He bit his lower lip.
"In my experience, it's easy to sometimes get carried away with work, with all the students who need our attention and help, especially in the first few weeks of a new term. You know that as well. But...you've never had a child of your own before." He wrinkled his nose, expecting Severus to tell him to shut up at any second. "However, just hour a day in the evening, when it's just about you two, no work, no studying, no meals, just fun, does a lot to relieve the everyday stress."
