She was mixing the last of the sugar into both their mugs, one ear open to their conversation. Taking care of three children tended to help with that already bound skill; but in this case she wished she could only block them out. The burning in her gut made her angry, at herself, at Ginger... Ginger didn't need to abuse another man again, and definitely not Lee.
As the two cups were readied, she turned to hand one off, but stood a respectable distance waiting a break in their conversation. Only, her interest involved was brought in without her control as Ginger gave a simple smile and said her name.
Returning the gesture, Hestia felt the strangest sensation, she could play her game too, and stepped closer to Lee, letting the back of her wrist lightly touch his arm, looking up at him to smile softly. "Here you are Lee," with that she then turned to Ginger and gave her a different sort of smile. "The coffee is ready. Ginger, not to interrupt," she gave a weak apologetic look, "could you go get Shae and let Valery know that dinner is finished? I'll get the baby seat out if you could?" She continued to look apologetic, watching as Ginger nearly scowled, but nodded, an agreeance on her lips. "Thank you Sis." She said with a sorry smile, watching as her blonde sister got up to leave, leaving her alone with Lee.
