Seamus nodded at Cormac's first question, and then shrugged at his second question. "I'm not sure how bad it is. They're going to do some treatment and hopefully that will help. If it doesn't help...then yes. It's very bad."
Seamus's eyes darted back up to look at Cormac's face when he asked him when he was leaving.
"Monday," he said quietly, knowing that wouldn't get a very good reaction.
He heard Emma in her room giggling still, and he glanced up the stairs, taking a deep breath as he tried to figure out the best way to tell her.
