"Obviously not. There aren't that many people who'd be able to get the support they need to overthrow Umbridge. You need someone who could appease the purebloods and yet, get the rest of the community to support him," Percy said. "Whether you like him or not, Malfoy has been very inclusive lately. Maybe he was planning for this, but you have to admit that having Potter and my brother sitting next to him at events does make a very good impression and if he gets the support of the Order, a large part of the population will be swayed."
Percy knew that there was a lot more needed. "I guess he wants the support of the Aurors as well or I wouldn't have received a personal invitation, and that might make things work for the department. I guess we'll have to wait and see what the Slytherins do, considering that he openly turned his back on the Lestranges." The ones that were free might be forced to support him just to keep up appearances, and not paint themselves as Death Eaters. "If you have someone else in mind, I'd love to hear it, but unless you do, we'll have to deal with what we have."
