He could hear the worry in her voice, and in many ways it mirrored his own. Yet Percy swore there was no way to replace him without a Wizengamot, and he had to believe he was right or he'd grow an ulcer on top of his injuries.
'Percy is adamant that she can't,' he said, smiling. 'Unless he does something illegal replacing him with someone else would, according to him, be serious enough to get her arrested.'
He smiled, though he didn't try to mask the worry he felt. 'I believe him, but I don't trust her not to find a loophole. I'm fairly sure she's looking for one even now.'
