'What can I say, I like your threats,' Cass said with a smirk. 'If only all threats were so appealing.'
He smiled again as Percy commented on the animals, nodding. 'I would like that,' he said. 'And I'll try to keep them from leaving too much hair on your side of the bed,' he offered. He himself didn't much mind, but then he'd grown up with animals around the house.
He leaned in, kissing Percy again - revelling in the fact that he could. When he pulled back he was smiling again. 'You'll have to leave me plenty of books to keep me from growing bored.' Though of course he'd grow bored regardless. The only time he wasn't was when Percy was next to him.
'So how long do I have you to myself before you have to go back to work?' he asked.
