Cass was relieved to hear that he would not have to deal with Dolohov. No matter what Morag said, there were very few men (or women) who made Cass want to hex them. Dolohov had certainly managed to make him want to do that.
He did raise an eyebrow at the mention of an elf, having been without one for as long as he had. That, however, didn't mean he was at all opposed to having one. Quite the opposite, he'd grown up used to elves as his father's had always come and gone in the house, and when he'd moved to Vaisey manor as older (at his Grandfather's insistence) he had had one assigned to him, even if he suspected it reported back everything he did to his Grandfather. To Morag though, he quickly smiled.
'It's been a long time since I've had one,' he said. 'And while my mother is Muggle, I still partly grew up at Vaisey manor, at least when I was a bit older. I know how house elves usually are treated all too well.'
At her assessment of Percy he nodded. 'I know he doesn't, which is why I trust his judgement. As for sailing I've only tried it when others have been doing the actual work. I would not be opposed to learning.' Especially if it meant having Percy all to himself on a boat far away from anything or anyone who could distract him.'
