Ernie looked around the parameter of his home for the noise that had awoken him only ten minutes before. He longed to go back into his room and hold Terry’s slender body but the voice wouldn’t let him. It told Ernie of the danger that lay just outside of his view and to be prepared for the eventual attack.
Something’s out there…that…did you hear that? Ernie turned his head the noise was directly behind him. In a flash his whole body had turned and his wand was prepared to attack.
“Ernie?” A small squeaky voice said. “Tilson saw you outside, is something wrong? Can Tilson help?”
Ernie sighed in relief but immediately felt panic again.
That’s not Tilson it’s Seamus he has come for Terry. He has come to take Terry away.
“No.”
You know I’m right.
As if on cue Tilson’s body began to morph into Seamus.
“What are you doing here?”
You know why he’s here.
Seamus didn’t speak he only grinned at Ernie.
“Stop grinning why are you here?”
Stop him, he wants to hurt Terry!
Seamus reached into his pocket but Ernie was to quick for him. He swished his wand and a Tree behind Seamus burst into flames.
You missed, try again, quickly. You know the spell, one spell, quick and easy, hurry Seamus will hurt Terry. Unless you don’t care.
“I do care.”
“Tilson needs help!” Her voice screeched in the distance of Ernie’s mind. Ernie looked around but couldn’t find her. Seamus must have heard her voice as well because within a moment he was running toward it. This was Ernie’s last chance to destroy him before Seamus hurt his loved ones. A green flash appeared before him and Seamus fell. He didn’t know who had fired the killing curse but he ran forward and found that it was not Seamus on the ground but Tilson.
“No” He cried out. He looked down at Tilson’s Limp body and cried out in pain.
I told you Seamus was bad. Now He’s gone and killed Tilson. Just imagine what he could have done to Terry and Ben.
He fell to the ground and held Tilson’s body into his arms. Around him fire began to spread through the trees.
