Dennis did truly get a chance to look her over once he'd finished stirring, watching as she put a spell on the cauldron to let the potion cool down. Definitely something he'd like to sink his teeth into, he thought.
Running a hand through his hair, he straightened the collar on his shirt and leather jacket. "How'd I scrub up?" he asked. "Can't exactly get a look in a mirror now, can I?"
He collected her cloak before helping her with it on. "There's dozens of clubs in town. How about we arrive and see which one takes your fancy?" Dennis usually didn't mind what club he went to, so long as the patrons had beating hearts and were busy enough that he would barely be noticed in the crowd.
