Dennis just shook his head. He didn't mind Umbridge being in charge in the least. If there was true law and order in town, then he'd be far, far away, and not going anywhere near wizarding kind. "Ah well, if nobody will stand up to her, or send a dark creature to kill her, then I guess you all just need to put up with her, hmmm?"
He managed a chuckle. His innocent look had worked wonders, although she still sounded sceptical. The touch of his hand must have done something, as he could hear her heartbeat racing just a little faster. It was far too appealing and he had to resist the urge to snap at her neck right now.
He grinned again, giving her a wink as he let his hand take over the stirring. "Tell you what, you get yourself dressed up, and I'll finish stirring this. You can ferry us to Glasgow and we can have a right knees up, wot?"
