Gabrielle wondered if she and Guilian- or any man, for that matter- could ever have a business meeting that did not result in shameless flirting. Remembering the ogling gentlemen at Soho Studios, she sincerely doubted it.
"Zat would be lovely," she commented on the chocolate, "zough I do not zink eet eez a good idea to make one's diet out of such zings!" If Gabbi had her way, though, chocolate and other sweets would sustain a body just fine.
Gabrielle again noted Guilian's staring, and had to keep herself from grinning over it. He was controlling himself nicely, but she wondered how long composure could be kept about a part-Veela. It was unfortunate, but at least a good time to watch.
She did not want to look like a glutton, so she ordered something she normally would have avoided. "Ehm, I would like zis salad," she smiled, pointing to the menu and trying not to blush. 'Mandarin oranges' looked difficult to pronounce! The girl handed over her menu before becoming embarrassed over her language skills and smiled right at her companion.
