Terry's body was aching pleasantly from his most recent time in Ernie's bed, but he didn't mind. He liked that their lovemaking sessions left him aching in places. He felt feverish just thinking about it actually, and wouldn't be surprised if he was glowing somewhat. Being in love agreed with him. Not that he'd told Ernie he loved him. It seemed too soon for that, and he wanted it to be perfect when he finally said those words.
"Daddy, hurry up! We're gonna be late!" Ben insisted, startling Terry out of his thoughts. "Miss Pansy won't like it if we're late!" Ben was holding a large bouquet of wildflowers that he'd picked himself from the gardens at Ernie's estate, and had a pocket full of shiny rocks he'd found in the lake. It seemed his son had formed a small crush on Pansy after their exchange of owls. It seemed that he talked of little else over the past week than Miss Pansy.
They finally arrived at Pansy's house, and Terry felt the wards he'd helped put up and was glad that they were still in place. He let Ben knock on the door, and smiled indulgently when the little boy pulled him inside with only a quick thank you to the Elf.
"Miss Pansy!" Ben called before Terry could stop him. "Here I am!" He stood straight and Terry was amused to see that Ben's cheeks were slightly red, even if his eyes were shining with excitement.
