Scarlett noticed the slight surprise and smirked. "Surprised? I can read people, I'm even quite good at Divination but usually I keep my mouth shut. It's only when people annoy me that I call them on it," she told him.
Watching him play pool, she almost swore when he played almost textbook perfect, knowing that if she wanted to beat him then she'd have to shuck the ladylike facade. She kicked off her heels and leaned over the table to get in her first shot, looking pleased when she hit her ball straight into the pocket. Three more balls later, she lined up for her fourth shot and cursed as she missed, the ball ricocheting off the side of the pocket.
