Some women was trying to get her to leave, asking if she was a relative and trying to push her to the door, but Pansy held her ground, her eyes on Cass. He looked so....still.

Pansy heard a voice, and she turned her head, seeking it out. 'What?' she said distantly. 'No, a friend,' she said, immediately regretting it. She should have said she was family. Well, they weren't throwing her out, she didn't care what their silly rules said!
