Antonin had spent several hands setting up one of the players he had just met that night. Finally, after a successful bluff of the table, he was dealt an open straight flush, which he filled on the draw. The new man, thinking Antonin was bluffing again, ran the table up rather higher than Antonin had hoped. He took the hand, and almost thirty thousand in chips.
