Dennis smiled. Now he had a place to stay, and he was worming his way back into the lives of those nearest and dearest.
"Yeah, I'm pretty glad too. I don't think I could have lived with myself otherwise." He gave her a smile. Seemed like he'd be doing a fair bit of that now. He'd have to head out really late to go and feed, and be back before the sunrise to keep her fooled into thinking he was innocent. At least, until he could convince her otherwise.
Now this had been a rather fortuitous evening. "Thanks. You don't know how glad I am that I bumped into you tonight, Luna." He gave a small wave, nodding as he said he'd see her after work finished tomorrow evening.
