Dennis gave her a chuckle. "Well, glad to hear it. I'd hate to spend an eternity looking like a chav."
Her comments were far too true, and she knew more than he would have liked. "Yeah, I heard that too. I guess if someone truly wanted to be dark, then I suppose they would change. I didn't get much of a choice. One minute I was duelling a death eater, the next thing I remember I had teeth in my neck and I was dead." It was good to hear he was sounding like his old innocent self. It meant his little charade was working.
"Well then, living proof we're not all bad. Well, undead proof."
He nodded. "Yeah, well I'll just make myself comfy downstairs, and let you rest. Just, don't try to wake me if the sun is up, I apparently do get a bit grumpy."
He gave her another hug, the temptation of her pulse so close making him close his eyes and wish this was something a little more. "You're too good to be true, Luna."
