She grinned, when he seemed to get self conscious. "You look fine," She assured him, the same Dennis she'd always remembered. "Definitely not naff."
She winced when he told her about lairs of vampires. She didn't like the sound of them, it was probably a bit different for another vampire, but the idea of so many vampires together like that, was more than a little frightening to think about.
"I'd always heard that the change... well it changes you, you're not the same person you were before." She inclined her head towards him as she spoke. "But you seem like the same charming Dennis I've always known." She smiled, glad to see that that story seemed to be just that.
"I think I will go to bed, I'll need a little sleep if I'm going to survive." She nodded when he mentioned finding some books. "Oh yes, feel free to take any book that strikes your fancy." If she wasn't able to stay up to keep him company at least she could insure he'd have something to keep himself busy with.
"Don't worry about it Dennis, I'm always more than happy to help out a friend."
