Luna smiled and ushered Dennis into the front of the shop, while she locked up again. "Do you want to come upstairs?" It was much more welcoming than the shop or her workroom.
"Oh Dennis, that's terrible." She was more shocked to hear about Colin than anything else. She could understand the frustration of dealing without magic, as well as people's prejudices against things they didn't understand - but his own brother.
She let him ramble as they made their way up to her flat above the shop, she turned on a few lights and they sat on the couch. "Kevin had talked about letting Sanguini drink from him." She hadn't thought many people would volunteer for such a thing, but when you found out Saguini wasn't the monster stories made him out to be - well it was easier to trust him.
"You can stay here, if you like, unless you have somewhere else to go." She could at least offer that.
