He smirked when Fred spoke of a house of their own, taking a deep breath. 'Well if we move you could always use the cottage, depending on what Gabrielle decides, of course,' he said with a shrug. It was painful to think of the place empty, as it was their home.
He shrugged again as Fred asked him if France was safe. 'Safer than England, I'm sure,' he said. 'And I agree that it's ridiculous, but until things change...well what can we do?
