He pulled a potion candy out of his pouch, held it where Nigel could see it, then popped it into the little boy's mouth. The toddler's eyes lit up at the taste. Quickly, Antoinin pulled a wand and spoke the accompanying spell in mermish.
"I put the same spell on Liam when he was still with Romilda," Antonin told the Bletchleys. "He may not even realize it. The charm is permanent unless the special removal spell is used."
He glanced at Daphne, "If you wish, I can put the same charm on both of you. As I said, it is more or less permanent, and if the child is born while the charm is in effect, she will inherit the charm - although it will never be removable. It only comes into effect under water."
