Romilda did hold a smirk when she saw the momentary look of fear on Theo's face. It was probably the only time she'd ever see it, and it was the only time she never felt her own little stab of fear that used to run through her at the sight of him.
That seemed like a lifetime ago.
She chuckled. "Funny, you must be the only person he hasn't mentioned it to." Shrugging, she floated over to the other side of his desk.
"I couldn't think of who else to talk to - who would care enough to help." Her mouth turned up in distaste at the thought of all that she'd seen at the Three Broomsticks. "And besides, you promised you would do all you could to help my son, and I'm sure that includes making sure his arse of a father doesn't screw things up enough to put Liam in danger."
