She paused for a moment, quickly remembering that children were sleeping in the house. Lowering her volume, Gabbi addressed the issue immediately. "Ze decree. We 'ave boz read eet- ehm, I 'ave read eet more times zen I can count, really. Eet eez not fair, zere is nuzzing dark about us!"
That sounded brave and all, but even flighty Gabrielle could admit that she had no real plan. She hoped her big sister held the right advice. The younger girl would help in any way she could, of course, but Fleur had so much more at stake... a family.
