Your complaint has been filed with my office according to the necessary procedure, though of course your protests are needless. If, as you claim, these creatures living in Hogsmeade are safe for the general population, registration and regular checks will do nothing to infringe on their privacy. If, however, there are those who are not as safe as others, then these need to be found and separated to keep the public safe.
As for your "marriage" I would advice you to look into the legality of the matter, as will I. I'm not convinced a creature can marry at all, as they are not human, human laws would not necessarily apply to them.
I also want to thank you for bringing it to my attention that not one, but three, dangerous creatures work with our children. Such matters will of course be looked into with great care.
