There was not a single sentence that Orla could have said that would have got quite such a positive response in Millicent right now. She barely heard past the first suggestion as her hand had immediately wrapped around one of the green vials and lifted it.
She uncapped it with ease, too many years of experience showing in her movements, though she did not think of that - or of anything else - as the vial reached her lips and the cool liquid hit her mouth. A gasp, almost of pleasure, as she took the vial away, almost exactly a third drunk as she recapped the vial and placed it in the box, her movements slow and lazy as the potion almost immediately started to work.
For a moment she just stood there, eyes almost closed as the pain vanished and was replaced with a comfortable daze.
