Ugh. There it was… Hestia nearly rolled her eyes, but it was good to know that not all things changed then; if he’d just miraculously stopped being an arse she’d have worried the world had ended and someone had forgotten to tell her; and she did know he had something akin to a charm; after all, they’d had…sex… Her cheeks started to redden at that, okay, best not think of that…she didn’t need to blush in front of him, god only knew how many times before.
As he stepped in, she shut the door behind him and gave another small smile as he made an apology. “No,” she gave him a quick smile, moving to step around him towards the kitchen, glancing back as she walked slowly. “No Shae,” she said amusedly, as Oliver had, in a round-about way, asked his name, “was already awake, and hence, so was I.” Hestia said almost jokingly before stepping into the kitchen and moving toward the kettle.
“Unless you want scones, to which you’re making them yourself, no; I can manage boiling water myself.” She did joke then, giving him a smirk (abately a tired one) as she moved to put water into the kettle.
