Rab raised an eyebrow. "His parents died? Now that IS interesting," he said, taking a seat. "I should have been informed earlier. But, it is no consequence, what with things happening here." Still, he liked knowing that little nugget of news.
"Umbridge is, in fact, why I am here," he said, "And you were smart to hold off. That very decree has made changes in the way we communicate necessary."
He sat up and made sure Miles was paying very close attention. "Rodolphus has decided that your pub is to become the main hub of information for us," he explained, "Our contacts, if they have information, will bring it to you. Once you receive the information, you will bring it to Rodolphus or myself." Rab tone made it very clear that disagreement was not an option.
