Even Rodolphus knew when to hold back and keep a low profile, something his brother sometimes forgot to do. Attacking from the front foot was something that Rabastan liked to do, and he occasionally needed to be reminded to sit and watch and wait patiently.
Not that he wanted to listen to his own advice when it came to his nephew. "Yes, keep a watch, and let him think that he is no longer of interest to you - that he is beneath you."
When he thought of their immediate dilemma, however, he was still frowning. "We need someone to deliver a personal message to Bletchley in town. I don't suppose you are up for a little visit? A passing traveller, through town, taking a pint or two at the pub? I believe I have enough polyjuice right now for you to do that."
He wanted to discuss Draco and his nostrils flared. "It seems I have uncovered our little traitor. Severus definitely had help when he made his grand escape." He was still furious, and his eyes flashed with fire as he looked at his brother. "It appears that I can no longer rely on blood to keep loyalty."
