Miles snorted at Cass' teasing words. "Single women don't have angry husbands," he managed to say as he laughed.
"Oh sod off. I'm not becoming bloody domesticated. Just because the damn... bond..." he figured Cass didn't need to know details. "She moved in, I have one less thing to worry about as she's running the Manor, and my feet are always warm in bed. Well, when she isn't kicking me out, that is." he winked as he headed back to the bar and poured himself another. He looked to Cass, to see if he wanted his glass refilled.
"Good to hear," he wondered, not sure if he was going to give any more details. He wondered if it was that Susan bird - the rather pretty blonde one that had a desire to arrest him. Now what he wouldn't do to play Aurors and bad guys with her. Guess they both had their blondes.
