Mentally Higgs quirked an eyebrow. Cass was barely looking at him and he was now standing closer to Montague than himself. It could have been nothing- just a coincidence, but after the last time they'd talked- he doubted that. In fact, the sheer distance between the last time they'd seen each other was telltale enough. He felt himself grow bitter, even if it was really no ones fault but his own. He finished his drink quickly and went for another. He'd let the two cousins chat for awhile.
