Oliver had taken up volunteering a few hours a week at the Shack, even though he knew time was better spent on working toward his mastery. Perhaps that was why so many started down that path never to finish...
As he was walking out of the Shack to head back to Hogwarts, Wood noticed a new notice on the notice board. His eyes scanned it quickly.
"Oh, for merlin's sake!" He yelled rather loudly then stormed out of the door and headed for Hogwarts. He wasn't worried too much, he was only a volunteer at the shack. But if she wanted any information, she'd have to come at him with more than just a notice.
And who was going to do her bidding? The Aurors? He scoffed. He sure as hell hoped not. It's not like she had any legal authority over them, at least Ogden never appeared, too. The authority he had had always seemed to Wood to have been out of the loyalty the Aurors felt to him. Which of them would follow this hag? Surely not Katie or Cormac.
Wood shook his head as he turned into the Hogwarts grounds and worked to clear his head, however fruitless his efforts turned out to be, so as to concentrate on the brewing tasks that lied ahead.
