Blagden froze as the man pulled out his wand, knowing suddenly that no matter what he did, this was not going to end well. "That is what you said," he said, his voice somehow still even. "You told my daughter that you wanted money."
Mr. Greengrass closed his eyes tightly as he felt his body go rigid under the effects of Rodolphus' spell. He could feel the wards of his home bend in protest, but it seemed that Mr. Lestrange knew how to combat everything.
He felt his body beginning to float, and Blagden finally opened his eyes, finding himself face to face with the rather frightening man. He heard his words, but could not speak, even his lips frozen in place.
He crashed to the floor as Rodolphus released the body bind on him, only to feel another curse flood his being. Coaxing words began to fill his brain, urging him to do as he was told so that his daughter would not be harmed.
"Yes, of course," he felt his lips say of their own accord. He snapped for his house elf, who was quickly sent to summon his wife.
Blagden's brain was fuzzy and his thought languid as the spell continued to control him, but he knew that this, for now, was for the best. Surely, Rodolphus would get what he wanted, what he came for, and then they would be left alone. Surely.
