"Well that's a good thing as he's most definitely mine," Adrian replied dryly. "Well, apart from the height thing. It's strange, before him I've never had to lean up to kiss anybody. I'm not exactly short at my height."
He rapped his knuckles on the desk almost idly. "I know there's not but we could go further afield than Hogsmeade. Does anybody patrol in Ottery? Or in any of the other towns? If enough people were interested, the Aurors could start on Diagon Alley to see what can be salvaged and if - god knows who - people are living there."
He sighed exasperatedly. "That's the point, I don't know if I can. I know he was a good man once or my mother would never have been sodding in love with him," he answered. "I just... Don't know. I've told Stephen that if we do this then it's his child genetically. I don't want another generation of Pucey's."
Adrian shook his head, having heard nothing of the sort. "Hadn't heard a thing. How the hell did that end up happening?"
