Leaning back, Theo nodded, watching the cognac in his glass before sipping it. 'You were actually in Upper Slaughter?' Theo asked with a frown. 'Merlin, that can't have been too pleasant. Well at least you have your manor, still,' he said with a sigh.
'Though I have to say it's disconcerting to hear about Upper Slaughter,' he said though of course he thought no such thing. It was a smart move, though it had obviously cost the Order and Aurors a lot with the loss of Ogden. Not that it mattered when talking to Blaise - as far as he knew Theo was completely and utterly loyal. When with Blaise he almost wished he were.
He shook his head. 'At least tell me Miles Bletchley was one of the ones that got hurt,' he said with a small smirk. 'At least then there would be a silver lining to this whole mess.'
