Narcissa laughed abrasively, no longer to herself, but in a way that echoed through the entire house. "Who do you think you are?! There was nothing else FOR you to do, for if Lucius stayed anywhere in your vicinity, he surely would have died from constant inhalation of your Mudblood-adoring stench!" She rarely spoke of her marriage's origins, for she had previously feared the details' repercussions. Now, she did not care.
"You would not even have had a MOMENT with your dearly departed Mr. Tonks if it were not for me. Lucius HELPED you in your pursuit of Ted! You have no idea the gifts we have given you, you ungrateful..." Narcissa cried out mindlessly before continuing, "I loved- I LOVE Lucius more than you are capable of feeling for anything! I know it to be true, for I would have never laid a finger on your husband, no matter how much his presence rotted away at the fabric of our family, not in an eternity, Andromeda!!" Somewhere in the middle her laughter had escalated into full-on, hysterical weeping.
"You bitch, you wretched, whorish bitch, you have murdered everything!" Such filth had not spilled from Narcissa's tactful mouth in her adult life. Ashamed but continuing, the woman clawed at her own arms and hair, still clutching her wand. "You left, you left, you DID, and none of us flinched, you were burned from history, we left you alone to rot!! Why, why did you..."
Shaking her head fiercely, Narcissa took a deep breath and slowed her voice. She remained infuriated, but wanted every word to stick. Unfortunately, her composure barely remained, and she was almost immediately screaming again. "Your family... could not keep itself together... so you destroyed mine. Your life fell apart, so you decided to inject your piteous plague into the veins of other people!"
Unable to control herself, she at last thrust her sweat-soaked wand in the direction of Andromeda. For the way her body shook, Narcissa kept its redwood straight and threatening, daring Andromeda Tonks to react.
