Faustus shrugged as he continued to pick at the blanket. "I don't like eating there. The students stare at me. They stare at Dad too but they mostly stare at me."
He scowled, looking very much like his father. "I didn't know why they did at first but now I do. They're being nasty about Dad." He hesitated. He knew what had been said but he didn't think Ben would understand all of it and he didn't want to make Terry angry if Ben started asking awkward questions.
"I don't like what they're saying and I don't want to eat in the Great Hall," he said. "I like eating in our rooms when it's just me and Dad. He's always teaching or doing things for his Slytherins and I understand that he has to but..." He sighed. "I liked living at Uncle Draco's. Dad spent more time with me then."
