"I didn't realize that doing so was such a burden," she said, growing even more angry with each passing moment. "And I do not believe that dropping a virus on the entirety of the wizarding community qualifies as minute in the slightest. I should have heard something of this before the others." Bella crossed her arms over her chest, her eyes narrow.
"My cell? What good am I to you there, Rodolphus? I am not around simply to amuse you, and I demand that you show me some respect!" Her eyes burned furiously. How DARE he speak to her like this. "Oh, and allow you to parade around the manor with your whores again? I think NOT!" She would not give up so easily, even if it seemed he already had. If he wanted this so badly, he should be trying harder. These sorts of things didn't happen on accident - not at their age.
"Hmph, I did. It is a shame you were not there to see it." Her words were sarcastic, however. Surely he would spill some dribble about how he did not feel the need to do such low and unclean work. "But that does not give you the right to treat me so poorly."
Bellatrix growled angrily as he hand flew up to clasp her around the throat, and her eyes burned with something close to hatred. "I may be your wife, but if you think that means I will bend to your will, you are severely mistaken." She would not show fear here - he may think her weak, but she would prove him wrong.
