"I could probably fund the start up myself, but I'd be near broke afterward," he told the other man. "So someone either with the broadcasting equipment or the money to help purchase more. At lease one other DJ, minimum. I could do all the charms work myself, and getting music is pretty easy if you know who to owl."
Which Lee did, of course. He has many legitimate contacts back where he came from and a few old ones from over here, provided they were still alive somewhere.
