Remus began to chuckle for no good reason other than picturing Dora in high heels and stumbling down the aisle. He bit his lip to keep from laughing outright and earning him a good swift kick. Hell, he would have deserved it though.
"Sounds like a bloody brilliant plan to me. Just so long as it's yelling and not murdering by your mum." Remus turned down the next street, beginning to lead them back to the hotel. "Then again, she really ought to be happy I've made an honest woman out of you." he kissed her cheek gently. "For once I will admit, you were right. Don't let it go to your head, will you?"
He paused in their progress when they hit an intersection that allowed for a spectacular view of the city. Remus pulled Dora into his arms, lowering his head for a kiss. In a city that didn't know them, he certainly didn't mind snogging her in the middle of the street. "We'll come back for a honeymoon, I promise," Remus murmured against her lips. "Or really, wherever you want to go. I don't care. I think there'd be a lot of people in a dead panic if we disappeared for too long without any word of warning whatsoever."
